How long does it take to make a rug?
Timing depends on size and complexity. Many pieces take several weeks from confirmed design to shipping. I’ll give you a clearer timeline after we discuss your project.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rugs are packed with care and shipped from Japan. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your country — I’ll confirm options when you order or inquire.
What materials do you use?
I use high-quality acrylic yarn for the pile, with cotton backing and a non-slip finish on the underside. Material notes are listed on each shop rug as well.
