Overview
These Terms of Service apply when you purchase a rug, request a custom order, or otherwise use Wes Rugs operated by Wes. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Orders & payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed, unless we notify you otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you checkout, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page. Stripe collects and processes the information required to complete your purchase — such as your name, email address, billing details, and payment card information.
Wes Rugs does not store your full payment card number. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by Stripe’s terms and privacy policy (stripe.com).
Custom rugs and made-to-order pieces may require additional confirmation of design, size, and timing before production begins.
Cancellations & refunds
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at wesly1988@gmail.com with your order number. If your order is cancelled within that window, any payment received will be refunded according to your payment method.
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours have passed from the time of order, because production on your handmade rug may already have started.
If we cancel an order from our side, you will receive a full refund for any amount paid.
Shipping & delivery
Rugs are packed with care and shipped from Japan. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your destination and are shown at checkout when available.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Custom work
Custom designs are handmade and may vary slightly from reference images. We will communicate about feasibility, timing, and pricing before work begins when details are not fixed at checkout.
