Wes Rugs (Wes) operates this website and processes orders and inquiries from customers worldwide.

When you contact us or submit a custom inquiry, we store the details you provide, including optional images you upload.
When you pay online, Stripe processes payment on our behalf. We receive order and payment status from Stripe (for example, confirmation that payment succeeded) but we do not store your full card number on our servers.
When you browse our website, Google Analytics may collect usage information — such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referral source — using cookies or similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, communicate about your rug, respond to inquiries, and send transactional emails (confirmations, production updates, shipping notices).
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and shopping experience. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include your payment card details.

Retention & security
Order and inquiry records are kept as long as needed for business, legal, and customer-support purposes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
